Men’s Basketball Welcomes Bryant and Elms College This Weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown men's basketball team (3-6) will welcome Bryant (3-6) on Friday at 7 p.m. before hosting Elms College (5-3) on Saturday night at 5 p.m.
Scott Cordischi, Russ Tyler '71, and Nick Coit will bring you the action for both games on ESPN+, fans can also follow the games live on the Brown Varsity Network, fans can access the Brown Varsity Network via the Varsity Network app, or BrownBears.com.
Friday's game against Bryant will be Brown's Faculty & Staff Appreciation Game along with its Jersey Night. Fans are encouraged to wear sports jerseys.
Last Time Out
Brown concluded its four-game road stretch with a 66-56 loss at Rhode Island (Dec. 2). Malcolm Wrisby-Jefferson netted a team-high 14 points to go along with six rebounds and four assists.
As a team, the Bears grabbed a season-high 43 rebounds and 20 offensive rebounds.
Scouting Brown
Jeremiah Jenkins leads the Ivy League with 4.9 assists per game and ranks second with 44 total assists. Jenkins' 2.11 steals per game and 19 total steals also leads the Ivy League.
N'famara Dabo's 20 total blocks and 2.2 blocks per game also lead the Ivy League, Dabo and the Bears' 5.1 rejections per game ranks 33rd nationally and first in the Ivy League.
Brown's 67.6 points allowed per game ranks 74th nationally and third in the Ivy League, the Bears are holding their opponents to 55.3 points per game over the last three games.
Scouting Bryant
Bryant will be seeking its first road victory of the season; all six of the Bulldogs' losses this season have come on the road.
Quincy Adams' 1.8 blocks per game leads the America East and ranks 54th nationally. Allen also leads Bryant with 5.3 rebounds per game and is averaging 10.5 points per game, which ranks second on the Bulldogs.
Timofei Rudovskii is averaging a team-high 12.3 points per game and has scored in double figures in all nine games this season.
Scouting Elms
Elms enters the Pizzitola Sports Center with a 2-2 road mark, the Blazers are averaging 68.0 points per game on the road this season.
Aden Goffe ranks third in the GNAC with 19.0 points per game, Goffe has scored 19 points or more in six out of seven appearances this season.
History
Brown is 19-4 all-time against Bryant and 8-4 all-time under Men's Basketball Head Coaching Chair Mike Martin '04.
Saturday will be the first-ever matchup between Brown and Elms.
