Lyndel Erold ‘25 Inks Professional Contract with Al-Mouttahed Tripoli

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Former Brown men's basketball standout Lyndel Erold '25 has signed a professional contract with Al-Mouttahed Tripoli in the Lebanese Basketball League.
Al-Mouttahed Tripoli currently plays in the Lebanese Basketball League Second Division.
"It's always great when our players are able to realize their dreams of playing professional basketball," Men's Basketball Head Coaching Chair Mike Martin '04 said. "Lyndel is a great example of someone who came to Brown as a talented player but improved so much because of his attitude, his approach, and his work ethic. We are excited to follow him and his new team."
Erold appeared in 66 games for Brown while making 23 starts. As a senior, the Boston, Mass. native made a career-high 27 appearances to go along with 15 starts, he recorded career highs in points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks during the 2024-25 season.
Erold averaged 7.3 points and 3.9 rebounds as a senior while scoring in double figures on eight separate occasions, he recorded two or more blocks in four separate games during his final season as a Bear.
