PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown Bears (4-16-0, 3-9-0 ECAC) return to Meehan Auditorium to host the Colgate Raiders (9-13-2, 6-5-1 ECAC) on Friday and the 10th-ranked Cornell Big Red (14-5-0, 9-3-0 ECAC) on Saturday.

Friday's game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. with Saturday's puck drop set for 5 p.m. Both games will stream on ESPN+ in the United States and on Stretch Internet internationally.

SCOUTING THE BEARS

Brown enters the weekend with a 4-16-0 overall record and 3-9-0 ECAC record. The Bears are tied for 10th in the league standings and are eight points shy of Yale and Colgate in sixth.
Brown's offense averages 2.2 goals per game to rank 10th in the conference. Ben Poitras and Ryan St. Louis are tied for the team-lead in goals with six. Ivan Zadvernyuk leads the team with 10 assists and 15 points. His five goals are third-most on the Bears.
Brown's power play has three goals in 52 attempts (5.8%). Poitras, Zadvernyuk, and Michael Salandra each have one power play goal this season.
Defensively, Brown allows 3.6 goals per game to rank 10th in the conference. Goaltender Tyler Shea holds a 2.97 goals against average and .919 save percentage in 13 starts.
Shea has started the last four games and holds a 2.26 goals against average andn .941 save percentage in that span.
Brown's penalty kill clicks at 70.6% (48-68).

SCOUTING THE RAIDERS

Colgate enters the weekend with a 9-13-2 overall record and 6-5-1 ECAC mark. The Raiders are seventh in the league standings.
Most recently, Colgate fell at home against Harvard before taking a 5-2 win over Dartmouth.
Offensively, Colgate averages 2.9 goals per game to rank ninth in the league and 44th nationally.
Simon Labelle leads the Raiders with nine goals and 21 points through 24 games this season. Isaiah Norlin leads the squad with 14 assists. Six Raiders have double-digit points in 2025-26.
Colgate's power play ranks fourth in the ECAC and 26th in the NCAA at 21.1% (19-90).
Defensively, the Raiders allow 3.2 goals per game to rank eighth in the ECAC and 43rd in the NCAA.
Reid Dyck owns a 3.08 goals against average and .897 save percentage in 18 starts.
Colgate's penalty kill ranks seventh in the ECAC and 34th nationally at 80% (68-85).

Friday marks the 105th meeting between Brown and Colgate in a series dating back to 1935.

Cornell enters the weekend with a 14-5-0 overall record and 9-3-0 ECAC mark. The Big Red are 10th in both national polls and sit fourth in the league standings.
Cornell is 8-1-0 over the last nine games and are coming off a weekend sweep over Dartmouth and Harvard at Lynah Rink.
Cornell's offense averages 3.4 goals per game to rank fourth in the conference and 15th nationally.
Jack Castagna leads the team with 10 goals and 20 points. Ryan Walsh leads the Big Red with 13 assists.
Cornell's power play leads the ECAC and ranks eighth nationally at 25.4% (16-63).
Defensively, the Big Red lead the nation with 1.8 goals against per game. Goaltender Alexis Cournoyer holds a 1.82 goals against average and .925 save percentage in 15 starts. Those marks rank fifth and 12th in the NCAA, respectively.
Cornell's penalty kill ranks fifth in the conference and 22nd nationally at 82.5% (52-63).
The Big Red lead the nation at the faceoff dot, winning 56.8% of draws.

Saturday is the 143rd meeting between Brown and Cornell in a series dating back to 1959.
Cornell owns the series edge, 90-44-8, and has a 36-26-4 record at Meehan Auditorium.

IVAN DOUBLES UP

Ivan Zadvernyuk recorded his first career two-goal game most recently against Stonehill (Jan. 24).
Zadvernyuk scored in the opening period and again in the third period to force overtime in the loss.
It marked his fifth multi-point game this season and eighth of his career.
Zadvernyuk leads the team with 10 assists and 15 points and is third on the team with five goals.

LOU FOR HOBEY

Ryan St. Louis is one of 88 nominees for the 2026 Hobey Baker Memorial Award, given annually to the nation's best player.
It marks the second straight season St. Louis has been nominated for college hockey's top individual award.
