
No. 20 Union Defeats Men's Hockey 3-0

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown men's ice hockey (5-23-2, 4-16-2 ECAC) concluded the 2025-26 regular season with a 3-0 setback to No. 20 Union (21-10-3, 11-9-2 ECAC) on Saturday evening at Meehan Auditorium. The Bears honored their seven seniors competing in their final home game, while also celebrating the iconic Bennett Family and the 1976 Ivy League Championship men's ice hockey program.
Tyler Shea made 39 saves in the net for Brown, including stopping a 2-on-1 attack with 5:12 remaining in the third. Cameron Korpi turned aside all 20 shots he faced to lead Union to its sixth consecutive victory.
Jacob Jeannette opened the scoring for the Garnet Chargers and the lead was extended when Ben Muthersbaugh found the back of the net at the 13:06 mark. Riley Brueck sealed the win with an empty-net goal with less than a minute remaining in regulation.
UP NEXT
Brown will head to Union for the opening round of the 2026 ECAC Playoffs. The game will be played at 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 7.
