Men's Hockey Hosts Dartmouth, Harvard in Final Regular Season Weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown Bears (13-12-2, 9-10-1 ECAC) host the Dartmouth Big Green (13-12-2, 10-9-1) on Friday before closing out the regular season with Senior Night against the Harvard Crimson (10-15-2, 8-10-2 ECAC) on Saturday.
Both games are set to begin at 7 p.m. at Meehan Auditorium and will stream on ESPN+ in the United States and on Stretch Internet internationally.

THE CLASS OF 2025
- The Bears will honor the nine-member Class of 2025 following the conclusion of Saturday's game against the Crimson.
- Fans are encouraged to stay following the game for the ceremony to recognize Tony Andreozzi, Brett Bliss, Brendan Clark, Spence Evans, Lynden Grandberg, Thomas Manty, Jackson Munro, Wyatt Schlaht, and Noah Wakeford.
- Brown enters the final regular season weekend with a 13-12-2 overall record and 9-10-1 ECAC mark. The Bears are eighth in the ECAC standings with 26 points, just two back of Harvard for seventh.
- Brown's offense averages 2.6 goals per game to rank eighth in the conference. Captain Max Scott leads the team with 12 goals, sophomore Tyler Kopff leads the Bears with 18 assists, and freshman Brian Nicholas leads the squad with 25 points.
- Four Bears have hit the 20-point milestone and another four players have double-digit points this season.
- The power play has 12 goals in 72 attempts (16.7%) to rank eighth in the conference.
- Defensively, the Bears rank third in the conference and 17th nationally with 2.5 goals against per game.
- Sophomore netminder Lawton Zacher holds a .924 save percentage and 2.36 goals against average in 23 starts.
- Brown's penalty kill clicks at 76.9% (71-91) to rank eighth in the ECAC.
- Dartmouth enters the weekend with a 13-12-2 overall record and 10-9-1 ECAC mark. The Big Green are tied with Cornell for fifth in the standings with 33 league points.
- Most recently, Dartmouth snapped a three-game losing streak with a 2-1 home win over Union.
- Dartmouth's offense averages 3.1 goals per game to rank fifth in the ECAC and tied for 21st nationally.
- Sean Chisholm leads the team with 11 goals and Nikita Nikora leads the team with 20 assists. CJ Foley has 25 points to lead the Big Green.
- Dartmouth's power play clicks at 18.4% (14-76) to rank sixth in the ECAC and 41st in the NCAA.
- Defensively, Dartmouth allows 2.6 goals per game to rank fifth in the ECAC and tied for 20th nationally.
- Between the pipes, Emmett Croteau holds a 2.22 goals against average and .891 save percentage in 13 starts. Ben Clarke holds a 2.67 goals against average and .899 save percentage in 14 starts.
- Dartmouth's penalty kill ranks third in the ECAC and tied for ninth nationally at 85.5% (59-69).
- Friday marks the 170th meeting between Brown and Dartmouth in a series dating back to 1928.
- Dartmouth holds the series edge, 87-72-10, but the Bears hold a 40-37-6 record in Providence and a 34-25-6 record at Meehan Auditorium.
- Harvard enters the final regular season weekend with a 10-15-2 overall record and 8-10-2 ECAC mark. The Crimson are two points ahead of Brown and sit seventh in the ECAC standings.
- Most recently, Harvard took a 3-2 home win over RPI to split the weekend after a Friday loss to Union.
- Offensively, the Crimson average 2.5 goals per game to rank ninth in the ECAC and tied for 45th nationally.
- Casey Severo leads the team with 13 goals, Joe Miller leads the squad with 15 assists, and Mick Thompson leads the team with 23 points.
- Harvard's power play ranks fifth in the ECAC and tied for 34th nationally at 19.7% (15-76).
- Defensively, the Crimson allow 3.0 goals per game to rank eighth in the ECAC and tied for 36th nationally.
- Ben Charette holds a 2.77 goals against average and .910 save percentage in 14 starts.
- Harvard's penalty kill ranks ninth in the ECAC and 52nd nationally at 76% (57-75).
- Saturday marks the 186th meeting between the Bears and Crimson dating back to 1898.
- Harvard holds a 120-50-15 record against the Bears along with a 38-20-8 record at Meehan Auditorium.
- Ryan St. Louis scored twice, including the overtime winner 51 seconds into the extra frame, to stun the Princeton Tigers and give the Bears a 3-2 road win on Friday (Feb. 21).
- With 3:07 remaining in regulation, Ivan Zadvernyuk found the back of the net to tie the game at 2-2.
- St. Louis collected a pass from Alex Pineau in overtime and wired a shot past Ethan Pearson for his second of the night and the win.
- Max Scott finished with two assists in the win with Lawton Zacher making 26 saves.
- Brown has four skaters with 20+ points this season - Nicholas (25), Kopff (22), Scott (22), and St. Louis (22).
- It marks the first season since 2015-16 that four Bears have reached the 20-point milestone.
- Nick Lappin (33), Tommy Marchin (27), Mark Naclerio (22), and Max Gottlieb (21) reached the milestone.
- Brown sits eighth in the ECAC standings with 26 league points, just two behind Harvard for seventh.
- The Bears are four points ahead of ninth-place Rensselaer and can lock up home ice in the ECAC Opening Round with a regulation win or a RPI regulation loss this weekend.
- RPI hosts Colgate and Cornell at Houston Field House.
- With a win this weekend, the Bears can lock up a regular season winning record for the first time since 2004-05 and just the eighth time since the 1978-79 season.
- Brown has posted a winning regular season record 35 times dating back to the start of the program in 1897-98.
