Women’s Soccer Travels to Penn on Sunday Afternoon

PHILADELPHIA - The Brown women's soccer team will continue Ivy League play on Sunday when they travel to Penn, kickoff is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
Last Time Out
Brown picked up its fourth shutout victory of the season with a 2-0 win over Yale at Stevenson-Pincince Field on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
First half goals from Ayla Sahin and Nadja Meite led the Bears to their second Ivy League win of the season. Ella Weil continued her strong start to Ivy League play with two assists, Bella Schopp recorded five saves in the win.
With the win, Brown moved to 4-0-1 at Stevenson-Pincince Field this season.

The Bears will look to earn their first road win in Ivy League play; Brown sits at 1-3-2 away from Stevenson-Pincince Field this season. Brown's lone road win came against Northeastern in the non-conference finale (Sept. 19).
Three freshmen sit atop the leader board in goals this season for Brown. Ella Weil sits first with four goals, Nadja Meite sits second with three, and Ayla Sahin's two goals sits third.
Ella Weil continues to pace Brown with four goals and 11 points. The freshman has nine points over the last four games, she's also recorded multiple points in three out of the last four games. Weil's 11 points ranks third in the Ivy League and her four goals ranks fourth in the Ivy League.
Karlie Schlosser tops the Bears with four assists, Schlosser's four assists ranks third in the Ivy League.

The Quakers welcome the Bears seeking their first Ivy League win of the season. In its last contest, Penn fell 1-0 at Princeton (Oct. 9). Annabel Austen ranks second in the Ivy League in saves per game (4.76).
Penn's lone win of the season came in its non-conference finale, 4-0 over Temple (Sept. 22).

The Bears are 20-13-4 all-time against the Quakers, Brown has won four consecutive games against Penn. Last season, the Bears picked up a 2-1 win over Penn at Stevenson-Pincince Field.
