Men's Basketball Heads to Stony Brook for FloHoops Featured Bout Friday

STONY BROOK, N.Y. – Brown men's basketball looks to end the season with another win as the Bears visit Stony Brook on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Action from the Island Federal Arena will be streamed for free on YouTube and on FloHoops.

LAST TIME VS. STONY BROOK (Nov. 17, 2022)
Three Bears reached double figures in the 64-53 victory over the Seawolves in the Pizzitola Sports Center last season. Kino Lilly Jr. finished with 19 points and three steals, Nana Owusu-Anane filled up the stat sheet with 16 points, nine rebounds, five assists, three steals and two blocks, and Kalu Anya collected his first double-double as a Bear with 11 points and 10 rebounds, eight off the offensive glass.
LAST TIME OUT (WIN OVER SIENA, Dec. 22, 2023)
Junior guard Kino Lilly Jr. scored 24 of his game-high 26 points in the second half to lead the Bears past Siena last week. Lilly Jr. drained back-to-back triples and free throws to clinch the victory for Brown. Nana Owusu-Anane pulled down 12 rebounds in last week's win and now has seven games with double-digit rebounds, a new season-high for the junior. Owusu-Anane is averaging 14.4 points and a team-high 8.8 rebounds.
