Scouting the Bears (5-3-0):
- Brown stopped its own two-game skid with its win over Northeastern. Grant-Clavijo led the way with her two goals, but Brittany Raphino had a game of her own with one goal and one assist. Zoe Maxwell and Gianna De Priest each had an assist as well.
- On the season, Grant-Clavijo and Raphino are tied for the team lead of nine points.
- Kayla Duran and Cameron Brown are the only two field players to have started all eight games. Duran leads the team with four assists.
- The Brown defense looked poised to pick up its third shutout win of the season against Northeastern, limiting the Huskies' looks on goal and forcing them to settle for long-range shots. Had it not been for a second-half penalty shot, the Bears likely would have succeeded.
- Dartmouth came up just short against Big 12 opponent Kansas in its most recent game. The Big Green tied the game at one in the 27th minute of action, but Kansas would net the game-winner late in the second. Shots were tied at 11 and the Big Green earned seven corners to Kansas' five.
- On the season, Allie Winstanley has recorded three goals and four assists for 10 points, leading the team in all three categories.
- Charlotte Cyr has played all seven games in goal and posted a 1.21 goals against average and a .795 save percentage. The Big Green defense has yet to record a shutout this season.
- The story of the Brown vs. Dartmouth series history can be told in three parts. In the two sides' first 12 games, from 1979-1990, the Bears were undefeated at 11-0-1. In the next 22 games, from 1991-2010, the Big Green had the edge as Brown went 5-17-0. Finally, from 2011-2019, things have been much more even with the Bears holding the slight 5-4-2 advantage. Overall, the series is tied at 21-21-3.
- The last time the Bears and Big Green faced off in 2019, Brown came away with the 2-1 victory.
- In that game, the Bears scored early just to have the Big Green tie things up in the 35th minute. In the second half, Star White recorded the game winner in the 56th minute with an assist from Ava Seelenfreund.
