PROVIDENCE, RI - The Bears are back in Providence after two hard fought matches in Indiana last weekend. After a strong start to the season, they will look to get back on track as they play host to Quinnipiac and Temple in the Pizzitola Sports Center this weekend.Â
Brown will open the weekend hosting Quinnipiac on Friday, Feb. 7 at 5:00 p.m. before hosting Temple on Sunday, Feb. 9 at 10:00 a.m.
Last spring when Brown and Quinnipiac met, Brown's Alex Finklestein secured a key three-set come-from-behind win to lead the bears to victory 4-3.Â
The Bears will then wrap up the weekend against Temple, The Owls are coming off a 1-1 weekend, beating Saint Joseph's before falling to Penn State.
Brown will be back in action for the ECAC Championships in Philadelphia, Pa. (Feb. 14-16).
