Men's Hockey Closes Regular Season at Dartmouth, Harvard

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown Bears (8-17-2, 6-13-1 ECAC) close out the 2023-24 regular season on the road against a pair of Ivy foes. The Bears take on the Dartmouth Big Green (9-9-9, 7-6-7 ECAC) on Friday before squaring off against the Harvard Crimson (5-17-5, 5-10-5 ECAC) on Saturday.

SCOUTING THE BEARS
- Brown enters the weekend with an 8-17-2 overall record and 6-13-1 ECAC mark. The Bears look to climb the conference standings for home ice in the ECAC Opening Round with a pair of wins.
- Brown's offense scores 2.1 goals per game and are led by sophomore Ryan St. Louis. The Old Greenwich, Connecticut native has 12 goals and 23 points this season and had points in consecutive games last weekend.
- Brown's power play clicks at 15.9% with 14 goals in 88 attempts. Alex Pineau leads the team with four power play goals and leads the team in power play points alongside St. Louis and Max Scott.
- Defensively, the Bears rank seventh in the conference with 3.2 goals against per game.
- Between the pipes, freshman Lawton Zacher holds a 2.85 goals against average and .908 save percentage in 23 starts. Sophomore Tyler Shea holds a 3.31 goals against average and .903 save percentage in nine games.
- Bruno's penalty kill clicks at 80.2% (65-81) to rank fifth in the conference and 35th in the NCAA.
- Dartmouth enters the weekend with a 9-9-9 overall record and 7-6-7 ECAC mark.
- The Big Green are tied for fourth in the conference standings alongside Clarkson and look to secure an opening round bye.
- Offensively, the Big Green average 2.7 goals per game to rank sixth in the conference and 41st in the NCAA.
- Luke Haymes leads the Big Green with 16 goals and 31 points while Nikita Nikora leads the team with 17 assists.
- Dartmouth's power play has 24 goals in 109 attempts (22%) to rank fourth in the league and 21st nationally.
