PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown Bears (8-15-2, 6-11-1) return to Meehan to host the seventh-ranked Quinnipiac Bobcats (22-7-2, 15-3-1 ECAC) on Friday night before welcoming the Princeton Tigers (8-14-3, 6-10-2 ECAC) to town on Saturday for Senior Night.

Friday's game is set to begin at 7 p.m. with Saturday's puck drop set for 7:30 p.m. Both games will stream on ESPN+ in the United States and on Stretch Internet internationally.

SCOUTING THE BEARS

Brown enters the weekend with an 8-15-2 overall record and 6-11-1 conference mark. The Bears are tied for tenth in the ECAC standings with 20 points alongside Rensselaer.
Offensively, Brown averages 2.2 goals per game and is led by Ryan St. Louis, a Hobey Baker Memorial Award nominee. St. Louis has 10 goals and 21 points this season. Sophomore Ryan Bottrill leads the team with 14 assists.
Brown's power play has 14 goals in 83 attempts (16.9%) to rank ninth in the ECAC.
Defensively, Brown allows 3.0 goals per game to rank sixth in the conference and 31st in the NCAA.
Freshman Lawton Zacher holds a 2.59 goals against average and .915 save percentage in 21 starts.
Brown's penalty kill ranks third in the conference and 27th in the NCAA at 81.1% (60-74).

SCOUTING THE BOBCATS

Quinnipiac enters the weekend as the nation's seventh-ranked team with a 22-7-2 overall record and 15-3-1 ECAC mark.
The Bobcats have clinched an Opening Round bye with five games remaining in the regular season.
Offensively, the Bobcats average 4.1 goals per game to lead the conference and rank fourth in the NCAA. Collin Graf, a Union transfer, leads the team with 19 goals, 23 assists, and 42 points.
Jacob Quillan is tied for the team-lead in assists and ranks second in points (36).
Quinnipiac's power play clicks at 22% (26-118) to rank fourth in the ECAC and 21st nationally.
Defensively, the Bobcats allow just 1.9 goals per game to rank second in both the conference and nation.
Vinny Duplessis holds a 1.94 goals against average and a .916 save percentage in 21 starts. Matej Marinov holds a 1.88 goals against average and .913 save percentage in 10 starts.
Quinnipiac's penalty kill ranks second in the ECAC and eighth in the country at 85% (91-107).

INSIDE THE SERIES

Friday marks the 48th meeting between Brown and Quinnipiac in a series dating back to 2006. Quinnipiac leads the all-time series, 30-10-7.

SCOUTING THE TIGERS

Princeton enters the weekend with an 8-14-3 overall record and 6-10-2 conference mark.
The Tigers are 12th in the ECAC standings with 18 league points.
Princeton's offense averages 3.0 goals per game to rank fifth in the conference and 27th nationally.
Jack Cronin leads the Tigers with 11 goals, Noah de la Durantaye leads the team with 16 assists, and Adam Robbins leads the team with 25 points.
Princeton's power play leads the conference and ranks second in the NCAA at 30.7% (23-75).
The Tigers have struggled defensively and rank 11th in the ECAC and 60th in the NCAA with 4.0 goals against per game.
Between the pipes, Arthur Smith holds a 3.21 goals against average and .896 save percentage in 11 starts. Ethan Pearson holds a 4.14 goals against average and .852 save percentage in 12 starts.
Princeton's penalty kill ranks 11th in the conference and 61st nationally at 73.4% (69-94).

INSIDE THE SERIES

Saturday marks the 182nd meeting between Brown and Princeton in a series dating back to 1900.
Brown holds the series edge, 92-77-12, along with a 40-36-4 record at Meehan Auditorium.
Brown looks to snap a five-game skid against the Tigers.

BETWEEN THE PIPES

Freshman Lawton Zacher enters the weekend with a .915 save percentage and 2.59 goals against average in 21 starts.
His goals against average ranks 29th in the NCAA and fifth among freshmen. His save percentage ranks 18th in the NCAA and sixth among freshmen.
The Buffalo, New York native has started each of the last 14 games.

ON THE KILL

Brown's 81.1% penalty kill rate ranks third in the ECAC and 27th in the NCAA.
The Bears are 60-for-74 on the season and have allowed just four power play goals in the last 11 games.
During the 11-game stretch, which begins at the turn of the new year, Brown has killed 26-of-30 (86.7%) penalties.

CAPTAIN IN THE CLASSROOM

Brown captain Jordan Tonelli picked up an academic honor as Brown's nominee for the 2024 ECAC Scholar-Athlete Award.
Tonelli is an Applied Mathematics - Economics concentrator at Brown.
Previous Scholar-Athlete nominees include Samuli Niinisaari (2023) and Michael Maloney (2022).
