Men's Crew Heads to Sarasota to Race Against Yale and Washington

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The No. 5 Brown men's crew team returns to action on Saturday as the Bears will race against No. 6 Washington and No. 2 Yale at the IRA Sarasota Invitational in Sarasota, Fla.
The races will take place at Nathan Benderson Park and will begin at 11:40 a.m. ET 4V8 race. The 3V8 race will start at 11:50 a.m. ET with the 2V8 race at 12 p.m. ET. The day closes with the First Varsity Eight race, beginning at 12:10 p.m. ET.
The races will be streamed on the PAC-12 Network here.
Brown is coming off its first race of the spring season where the Bears retained the Michalson Cup against Boston University. The Bears won the 1V8, 2V8 and 3V8 races against the Terriers.
Washington won both races against UC San Diego in the first race of the spring season for the Huskies.
Yale will be racing for the first time this spring season.
