Women's Hockey Set For Home-and-Home Against No. 14 Yale

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -Â Brown faces No. 14 Yale in a home-and-home on Saturday at Meehan Auditorium and Sunday at Ingalls Rink. The Bears are coming off a 1-0 loss to Providence in the Mayor's Cup and now begin their first two of three total games in the month of December.
Brown leads the all-time series, 62-28-3, and won 35 straight games from 1988 to 2004.Â
Saturday is the Taylor Swift Game at Meehan Auditorium. Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets online at BrownBears.com/tickets prior to their arrival at Meehan Auditorium. Fans should either download their digital tickets to display on a mobile device or print them at home prior to arrival.

Scouting the Bears
- The Bears sit in seventh in the ECAC standings with a 4-5-1 league record and are 5-7-1 overall.
- Sophomores India McDadi (6 goals, 3 assists) and Jade Iginla (5 goals, 4 assists) are tied for the team lead with nine points.
- Freshmen Margot Norehad (3 goals, 3 assists) and Sam Broz (2 goals, 4 assists) each have six points.
- In goal, Senior Kaley Doyle has a 2.11 goals against average and a .928 save percentage in 11 starts.
- Yale has had an up-and-down season with a 6-6-0 record and 5-5-0 in the ECAC.
- The Bulldogs are 5-1-0 at home and 1-5-0 on the road. The road loss was at Clarkson (1-0) and the home loss came against Quinnipiac (3-0).
- Yale averages 3.0 goals per game and allow 2.3.
- Freshman Stephanie Stainton and sophomore Jordan Ray lead the team with six goals each. Stainton adds six assists, while Ray has five helpers.
- Senior Elle Hartje has four goals and a team-leading 12 assists for first on the team with 16 points.
- Junior Pia Dukaric has a 2.19 goals against average and a .903 save percentage in 11 starts and 12 appearances.
- Saturday and Sunday mark the 94th and 95th meetings between Brown and Yale dating back to 1976.
- Brown holds a 62-28-3 record all time against the Bulldogs.
- The longest winning streak for the Bears is 35 games spanning from 1988 to 2004.
- Brown picked up a win at home against then No. 7 Yale on January 28, 2022 to break an 11-game losing streak.
