Women's Hockey Holds End of Year Banquet to Announce Team Awards

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown women's hockey has announced their 2025-26 team awards that were handed out at the team's annual end of season banquet.
In addition to awards, the senior class was gifted white sweaters, and the freshman class received brown sweaters. The traditional white letter sweaters are given to seniors graduating at Brown, while first-year student-athletes received brown letter sweaters.
All of the awards handed out at the banquet were voted on by the team.
Team MVP – Jade Iginla
Jade Iginla was voted Team MVP after closing out her career with one of the best seasons during her time on College Hill. In her senior year, Iginla was named Third Team All-ECAC and twice named ECAC Forward of the Week. Iginla was tied for the team lead with 17 goals and added 16 assists to finish the season with 33 points. She ended her career with 99 career points to finish 21st all-time in program history.
Most Improved Award – Ella Warcop
Ella Warcop appeared in 17 games in her first season finishing the year with three blocked shots. Warcop closed out the year playing all but one game after January 1.
Tara Mounsey – Isabella Gratzl
The Tara Mounsey Award, given to the team's best defensive player, was given to Isabella Gratzl. In her first year at Brown, Gratzl was named Second Team All-Ivy and earned ECAC Defensive Player of the Month honors for November. Gratzl collected 21 points with 15 assists and six goals and was second on the team with 38 blocked shots.
Alli McMillan (Unsung Hero) Award – Gali Levy
The Alli McMillan Award is given to the player whose efforts have been critical to the success of the team but not often recognized from a statistical perspective. This season, Gali Levy was voted as the Alli McMillan Award winner. Levy was an anchor on the wing for Brown playing in 33 of the team's 34 games. She finished the year with a goal and three assists.
Panda Cup – India McDadi
The Panda Cup, awarded annually to that member of the Brown Women's Ice Hockey Team who, for the past season, has demonstrated outstanding team spirit, good sportswomanship and dedication to playing ice hockey. India McDadi earned the honor after finishing second on the team with 17 assists and adding 11 goals for a career-high 28 points.
