
Women's Hockey to Travel to Nationally Ranked Clarkson and St. Lawrence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -Â An ECAC road trip to No. 5 Clarkson and No. 7 St. Lawrence is next for the Brown women's hockey team. The Bears are coming off a home weekend sweep of RPI and Union to improve to 5-0-0 at Meehan Auditorium.
Clarkson enters the weekend with an undefeated 13-0-1 record and is 7-0-0 on its home ice. St. Lawrence is off to a strong start with a 10-3-0 record with an 8-1-0 record at home.
Both games will stream on ESPN+, while Saturday's contest at St. Lawrence is set to air on TSN+ in Canada.

Scouting the Bears
- Brown is 5-0-0 at Meehan Auditorium and 0-5-0 on the road this season. Four out of five road games this season have been against ranked opponents.
- Scoring for the Bears over the weekend were junior Jess Ciarrocchi, sophomores Jade Iginla, Ellie Gauvin and India McDadi, and freshman Margot Norehad.
- Sophomore India McDadi leads the team with six goals and adds two assists for eight points.
- Iginla (4 goals, 3 assists) is second on the team with seven points.
- Ten total Bears have scored a goal and 18 members of the team have picked up at least one point.
- In goal, Senior Kaley Doyle has a 2.04 goals against average and a .929 save percentage in nine starts.
- Clarkson enters the weekend as the No. 5 team in the nation with a 13-0-1 record.
- The Golden Knights are 4-0-0 in the ECAC with wins over Quinnipiac, Princeton, Union and RPI. They also won two non-conference games against St. Lawrence.
- Clarkson averages 3.6 goals per game and hold its opponents to 1.0.
- Senior Nicole Gosling leads the team with six goals with eight assists for 14 points, while grad student Dominique Petrie has five goals and 10 assists for 15 points.
- Senior Michelle Pasiechnyk has a 1.07 goals against average and .947 save percentage in 11 starts in net.
- St. Lawrence is up to No. 7 in the country and are off to a 10-3-0 start to the season.
- Senior Julia Gosling leads the team with 11 goals and 10 assists for 21 points.
- Six players on the team have over 10 points.
- Sophomore Emma-Sofie Nordstrom has a 1.84 goals against average and a .935 save percentage in 13 starts in goal.
