Women's Tennis Travels to Harvard for ITA Regionals

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -Â Brown women's tennis is set to compete at the ITA Northeast Regionals at Harvard University on Friday through Sunday.
The Bears have eight players making the trip with the hopes of advancing to the Super Regionals beginning on October 20 in West Point, N.Y.
Competing in singles are senior Olivia Mariotti, juniors Addison Ahlstrom, Lindsey Hofflander and Gabby Soliman, and sophomores Vivian Miller and Phoebe Peus. Playing doubles will be the pairs of Peus and Hofflander, Miller and senior Nora Lee, and Yang and freshman Dani Ben-Abraham.
To advance to the Super Regionals, singles participants will need to advance to the quarterfinals, while doubles teams will have to move onto the semifinal round.
Senior Ali Benedetto has already qualified for Super Regionals in singles. Benedetto and Ahlstrom have as well in doubles.
Regionals are set to begin at 9 a.m. on Friday.
