
Water polo closes out season with four home games

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown men's water polo will close out the regular season with four games over the weekend. The Bears will play two games on Saturday (Nov. 5) and two games on Sunday (Nov. 6).
On Saturday, Brown will take on Princeton at 12 p.m. before facing off against Connecticut College at 5 p.m. The Bears will then play St. Francis Brooklyn at 10 a.m. on Sunday, followed by the season finale against Iona at 3 p.m.
All four games on the weekend will be streamed on ESPN+.

ABOUT BROWN
- The Bears are 13-12 on the season and 3-4 during conference play. Brown split its two conference matchups last weekend with a win over MIT and a loss against Harvard.
- Ilias Stothart leads Brown with 52 goals, including a six-goal performance against MIT.
- Gabe Chang is second on the team with 42 goals and Leo Berkman is third with 39.
- Cole Atwell is the top assist giver on the team with 38 assists. Atwell also has 31 goals and 24 steals on the season.
- Princeton is 21-5 on the year and undefeated in NWPC play at 7-0. The Tigers have won 13 of their last 14 games with the only loss being against No. 10 Pepperdine.
- Roko Pozaric leads the team with 51 goals and Keller Maloney is second on the team with 45.
- Brown fell to Princeton 14-8 in the first meeting of the season.
- Connecticut College is 3-10 on the season and are coming off a 9-8 win over Long Island the last time in the pool.
- Last season, Brown beat Connecticut College 13-7 in the only meeting between the two teams.
- St. Francis Brooklyn enters the weekend with a 16-8 overall record and 4-3 mark in conference play. The Terriers will play Harvard and MIT before taking on Brown on Sunday.
- Brown fell to St. Francis Brooklyn on the road 17-12 in the first meeting of the season.
- Iona is 8-14 on the season with a 1-6 conference record. The Gaels have lost three-straight games coming into the weekend.
- Luksa Vlasic leads the team with 45 goals. Mohamed Refeat is the top point scorer for Iona with 37 goals and 21 assists.
- Brown earned a 12-9 road win over Iona earlier this season.
