- Brown welcomes Yale to Richard Gouse Field at Brown Stadium for an Ivy League matchup on Saturday at noon.
- The game will be broadcast live on NESN and ESPN+.
- Brown will be hosting Salute to Service Day, with a pregame flyover taking place.
- The game will serve as the 125th all-time meeting between the two programs, with Yale leading the all-time series 84-35-5.
- The matchup pits Brown's Ivy League-leading third down offense (.459), against Yale's FCS-leading third down defense, which limits opponents to just a .213 success rate on third downs.
SCOUTING BROWN:
- Allen Smith enters this week second in the Ivy League in all-purpose yards per game with 110.4 yards per game. Only Harvard's Aaron Shampklin (112.3 ypg) has more.
- EJ Perry enters this weekend's game having completed a touchdown pass in 15 consecutive games, tying an Ivy League record. The only other players in Ivy League history to throw a TD pass in 15 straight games are Ricky Rahne (Cornell) from 1999-00 and Mike Mitchell (Penn) from 2002-03.
- EJ Perry had eight consecutive games with 300+ passing yards that spanned from Nov. 9, 2019 - Oct. 16, 2021 vs. Princeton, which set a new Ivy League record. The previous record of five consecutive games was set by Gavin Hoffman from Penn in 2000.
- Brown is 55-for-111 (.460) on third down conversions this season, good for tops in the Ivy League and 12th in FCS.
- The Bears are even better on 4th down conversions this year, going 17-for-24 (.708), 13th in the nation and second in the Ivy behind Columbia.
- Brown tied its season-low in points with 17 last Saturday at Penn, despite outgaining the Quakers 411-296 and controlling the time of possession by more than 11 minutes.
- Brown's three-highest scoring outputs all came in the previous three games with 31 vs. Colgate, 42 vs. Princeton and 49 at Cornell.
- Brown's offense has seen a tremendous turnaround over the last three seasons. Brown has scored 209 points this season. They scored 143 points through the first five games of 2021, which matched their point total through all 10 games of the 2018 season.
- Brown continues to live up to its old nickname of Wide Receiver U. this season, with 16 different receivers having at least one reception, several of whom rank among the Ivy League and nation's leaders.
- Brown is averaging 327.1 yards through the air this season, the most in the Ivy League and seventh-most in FCS.
- Wes Rockett ranks second on the squad with 44 catches and five TDs, and leads the way with 527 total receiving yards.
- Hayes Sutton leads Brown with six TD catches and 47 receptions this season.
- Walker has two games with at least 89 yards receiving, and has five TDs this season.

SCOUTING YALE:
- Sophomore QB Nolan Grooms has started each of the last two games for Yale, and enters this weekend as the Bulldogs leading rusher with 276 yards. He has two rushing touchdowns and is averaging 39.4 yards per game. His best game of the season came against Penn where he threw for 283 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for 113 yards and two more scores, earning Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week.
- Zane Dudek and Spencer Alston have rushed for 244 and 237 yards, respectively. Dudek leads Yale with 48.8 yards on the ground per game and Alston has reached the endzone a team-high four times.
- Mason Tipton is the leading receiver for the Bulldogs with 68.3 yards per game and is tied with Chase Nenad with three touchdowns. Nenad has been a touchdown machine, scoring his three scores on just five catches.
- John Dean leads the Yale defense with 52 tackles on the season, ten more than any other player. Clay Patterson has been living in opposing backfields having recorded a league-best 9.5 sacks through seven games this year.
