TOP-10 ABILITY
Brown has placed a student-athlete in the top 10 in program history in several major categories, including points, rebounds, steals, blocks, 3-pointers made, and field goals made along with senior guard Shayna Mehta (San Francisco, Calif.) nearing the top 10 in assists. Mehta ranks in the top 10 in points (fourth, 1,595), 3-pointers (first, 236), field goals (fifth, 583), steals (seventh, 216), and just outside the top 10 in assists (260). Senior forward Erika Steeves (Montreal, Quebec) stands seventh in rebounds (733), fifth in 3-pointers (126), and ninth in blocks (58). Junior guard Justine Gaziano (Natick, Mass.) sits seventh in 3-pointers (122), and senior forward Mary Butler (Bangor, Maine) ranks eighth in blocks (78).
APPROACHING TRIPLE-DOUBLES
Senior forward Erika Steeves (Montreal, Quebec) and senior guard Shayna Mehta (San Francisco, Calif.) both came within one assist of triple-doubles in the Bears' 109-102 (2OT) setback at Northern Illinois (Dec. 31). Steeves posted 22 points, 14 rebounds, and nine assists while Mehta tallied 25 points, 10 rebounds, and nine assists. Earlier this year, Mehta registered 14 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists in a 102-96 (OT) setback at Maine (Dec. 8). According to the NCAA record book, two student-athletes have never had triple-doubles in the same game and there have been only three triple-doubles in Ivy League history.
STEEVES SCORES AND BOARDS
During Brown's trip to the state of Illinois, senior forward Erika Steeves (Montreal, Quebec) became the seventh student-athlete in program history to score over 1,000 career points and corral over 700 career rebounds. She currently has 1,076 career points – ranking 16th all-time at Brown – alongside 733 career rebounds – seventh all-time at Brown. REACHING TRIPLE DIGITS

As a team, the Bears broke the 100-point barrier for the fourth time in program history and for the second time against a Division I opponent – all four occurrences have come during the Class of 2019's tenure at Brown. Brown scored over 100 points against a Division I team for the first time in school history in its 102-77 win over Sacred Heart on Dec. 6, 2017. Brown crossed the century mark for the first time in a 114-28 win over Division III Mount Ida on Nov. 19, 2015 and reached the plateau in a 100-79 win over Johnson & Wales on Jan. 5, 2018. Mehta took sole possession of first place in program history with a 3-pointer at the 5:03 mark of the fourth quarter against the Black Bears. For the first time in program history, the Bears carry three active 1,000-point scorers on the same team in senior guard Shayna Mehta (San Francisco, Calif.), junior guard Justine Gaziano (Natick, Mass.), and senior forward Erika Steeves (Montreal, Quebec). The trio is the first to accomplish the feat since Sarah Hayes '06 and Colleen Kelly '06 played together as 1,000-point scorers in the 2005-06 season. Mehta, Gaziano, and Steeves all hit the 1,000-point mark in a 364-day span. Mehta scored her 1,000th point on Dec. 10, 2017, Gaziano hit the mark on Nov. 25, 2018, and Steeves broke the barrier on Dec. 8, 2018.
