Amanda Grant is in her second season as director of operations for the women's soccer program in 2023-24.

Grant came to College Hill after serving as an assistant coach of the women's soccer team at her alma mater, DePauw University, since August 2020. At DePauw, she assisted in the planning and execution of team practices as well as recruiting and fundraising efforts. Grant also managed the team's social media accounts.

While at DePauw as a student-athlete, Grant served as an athletic department intern where a wide range of responsibilities included scheduling, event management, and donation facilitation.

Grant was a four-year member of the women's soccer team at DePauw where she graduated in May 2020 with a bachelor's in communication.
