Why Brown? “I chose Brown because I believed it was the best fit school for me and because I am in love with it! From my first visit, Brown's campus stood out to me, not only is it beautiful, but also the cohesiveness made Brown feel more like a community. Based on what I have heard from those who have attended Brown, the student body is one of the things that makes Brown special. I understand the atmosphere at Brown tends to be collaborative with high academic standards and provides the opportunity to interact with amazing professors and fellow students who genuinely want to help and work with you. This is an environment I cannot wait to be a part of! It seems to me that students are truly happy at Brown, and I believed that I would be really happy there too. In addition, Brown's open curriculum is what makes the university stand out to me, Brown provides students opportunities to take classes that really interest them. The curriculum forces you to take action on your own education and explore new things, which I found truly unique. I chose Brown because I was confident that Brown would allow me the opportunity to determine my path in an open environment.”
