This man is the truest representative in college lacrosse of being others-focused. While his off-the-field accomplishments have been recognized and highlighted, the mission now for Todd is to be an impactful long-stick defenseman this spring. Kept out of action last year due to a lower body injury, Todd is more driven than ever with his training. This is quite a statement considering Todd has always been right at the top of our program in terms of commitment and work ethic. He has never settled for anything less than everything he has to offer, and his teammates know they can look to Todd for inspiration...2015: Recognized with The Yeardley Reynolds Love Unsung Hero Award, created in memory of late Virginia midfielder Yeardley Reynolds Love, presented to the men's and women's lacrosse players who best "demonstrate dedication, integrity, humility, hard work, community service, leadership, kindness and sportsmanship"...Missed all of the season due to injury...2014: Earned playing time in seven games for the Bears...Picked-up two ground balls vs. UMass....2013: Saw action in 11 games for the Bears...Recorded assists vs. St. Joseph's and North Carolina...Secondary School Background: A graduate St. Michael’s College School, where he lettered in lacrosse (1)…Lacrosse - Started playing lacrosse as a freshman (Box + Field) and received Most Improved Player two years in a row…Starter for every varsity game played at St. Michael College School…team captain as a senior…All-star selection for Blue Chip 225…New England Lacrosse Camp (2011)… Ontario High School Champions 2011, and Silver medal 2012 (OFSAA - Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations)…Hockey - Captain for three years of GTHL (Greater Toronto Hockey League) 'A' team…Football - Started every game each year…Captain and Team MVP his sophomore year…played Slotback, Safety…won West Toronto Division Championship…Track and Field - Ran 100m, 200m and 4X100m relay…won Bronze in Ontario Provincials (OFSAA) freshman year for 4X100m relays...Academic Honors and Awards - Honor Roll every year of High School…Recipient of the Hugh McDougall Award (Highest History grade for an Athlete in Senior Year)…Personal: The son of Larry and Mary-Ann Stewart…Has a sister, Danielle, and a brother, Lee…Enjoys reading, and canoeing…English concentrator.
