The leadership required for an offense to be both dangerous and poised, threatening and smart, cannot simply come from the staff. It must come from within. Kylor has the voice and the demanding personality to provide us with what we need on the field. He understands what is good lacrosse and what is not, and he holds his teammates accountable. For good reason, Kylor spends much of the game near the crease serving as an inside finisher.
