Men’s Basketball Visits Yale on Friday

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Brown men's basketball team (7-13, 1-6) will travel to Yale (16-4, 5-2) on Friday evening, tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. inside John J. Lee Amphitheater.
Last Time Out
In its last outing, Brown overcame a nine-point deficit with under three minutes remaining in the second half to Dartmouth to force overtime, but ultimately fell 77-70 in overtime. Landon Lewis recorded his second-career double-double with 21 points and 14 rebounds.
Scouting Brown
Over the last three games, Lewis is averaging 21.3 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. In two games last weekend, Lewis scored a career-high 30 points on 12-16 shooting against Harvard, Lewis continued his strong weekend with 21 points and 14 rebounds against Dartmouth.
Jeremiah Jenkins leads the Ivy League in total assists (110), assists per game (5.5), total steals (38), and steals per game (1.9). N'famara Dabo leads the Ivy League in total blocks (34), blocks per game (1.7), and field goal percentage (62.9).
As a team, the Bears lead the Ivy League in scoring defense (68.0), three-point percentage defense (30.5), field goal percentage defense (42.1), turnovers forced per game (13.5), steals per game (7.6), and blocks per game (4.4)

The Bulldogs have four players averaging double-digit points per game in Nick Townsend (17.0), Isaac Celiscar (12.2), Riley Fox (11.9), and Trevor Mullin (10.8).
Yale ranks first in the nation in three-point percentage (41.8), ninth nationally in turnovers per game (9.2), 11th nationally in assist/turnover ratio (1.80), and 18th nationally in field goal percentage (50.2).
Yale is 7-2 at home this season and 4-1 at home during Ivy League play.

Brown is 54-121 all-time against Yale as the Bears will look to snap a four-game losing streak against the Bulldogs.
