
Charlie Cave and Aidan McLane Named Second Team All-Ivy

PRINCETON, N.J. - Junior Charlie Cave and senior Aidan McLane of the Brown men's lacrosse team were named Second Team All-Ivy, the league announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Cave picked up his second consecutive All-Ivy honor after being named First Team All-Ivy last season. The Arlington, Mass. native led the Bears with a career-high 23 caused turnovers while finishing second with 35 ground balls. Cave's 1.77 caused turnovers per game ranks first in the Ivy League, and 16th nationally. He posted a season-high four caused turnovers at Yale on March 29.
McLane also picks up his second-straight All-Ivy honor after being named to the Second Team last season. McLane led the Bears with 20 goals, posting a season-high four goals and five points against Providence on Feb.22. The Westfield, N.J. native recorded his 100th career point on Apr. 5 against No. 1 Cornell. McLane posted at least one point in 10 game this season.
Mark Witt was tabbed Academic All-Ivy for his dedication in the classroom and on the field. The fifth year senior posted a career-high 18 caused turnovers and a career-high 30 ground balls.
