The Bears will honor the four members of their senior class of 2025 - Julia Bedell, Maya Davis, Addie Liebhardt and Sophia Sokolowky - with a post meet ceremony.

BEARS TOP RIC AND SCSU
Brown put up 194.575, its second-highest total of the season, in a home tri-meet win over Rhode Island College and Southern Connecticut State last Sunday. Brown tied the No. 2 mark in program history on beam with a 48.950, just one week after setting a new program record. Senior Julia Bedell won the individual crown on vault, sophomore Liza Marcus and freshman Avery Walters tied for first on bars, sophomore Lindsey Yang and junior Jessica Lin were co-champs on beam, and senior Maya Davis earned first place on floor.
FOUR WEEKS IN A ROW
Brown has now won a weekly GEC award four weeks in a row after Maya Davis was named the Specialist of the Week following last Sunday's dazzling performances on bars and floor. Davis delivered a near flawless floor routine to score 9.875 and take first place, and also finished third on bars with a 9.775.
Her performances contributed to Brown earning its second-highest total of the season (194.575), and its highest score of the year on floor.

BROWN TAKES 2ND AT IVY CLASSIC
Brown took home a runner-up finish at the Ivy Classic on Feb. 23, posting a season-high score for the second straight week at 194.800, which ranks as the sixth-highest score in program history. Brown set season-highs on all four events, including a new program record of 49.175 on beam on the final rotation of the meet. The Bears also posted the eighth-best floor score in program history at 49.100.
Avery Walters set career-highs and earned All-Ivy Classic honors on all three of her events.
It is Brown's highest finish at Ivies since winning it all in 2023.

Davis and Walters now have three All-Ivy Classic honors for their careers, while Dewar and Marcus have two each.
AVERY COMING ALIVE
Avery Walters has been a dominating force for Brown on all three of her events over the last two meets. On Feb. 23, she new career-highs and earned All-Ivy Classic honors on all three of her events (bars, beam, floor) at the Ivy Classic, and was named the GEC Newcomer of the Week. On March 2, she set a new career-high on bars (9.825), tying for first place to earn her first career victory.
BEAM QUEENS
Brown has now held the No. 1 rank on beam in the GEC in six of the last seven weeks. Lindsey Van Eyk (7th/9.750), Jessica Lin (8th/9.740), Emily Ford (11th/9.715) and Liza Marcus (t-15th/9.685) all rank in the top 15 individually in the conference in NQS.
