BEAM QUEENS
For the fourth consecutive week, Brown enters this weekend ranked No. 1 on beam in the Gymnastics East Conference with an average score of 48.394 and a season-high of 48.925. Lindsey Yang (1st/9.750), Lindsay Van Eyk (t-6th/9.700), Jessica Lin (t-6th/9.700), and Liza Marcus (t-11th/9.675) and all rank in the top 11 individually in the conference.
Van Eyk has scored at least 9.650 in each of her first four meets, while Yang has posted at least a 9.725 in each meet this season.
CONFERENCE LEADERS
Several Brown gymnasts rank among the GEC's leaders, with senior Julia Bedell ranking No. 1 on vault (9.783 average) and No. 2 on floor (9.808). Sophomore Lindsey Yang also leads the league on beam (9.750). Junior Liza Marcus (9.756) and senior Maya Davis (9.750) rank second and third, respectively, on bars.

Specialist of the Week

Bedell was named the GEC Specialist of the Week this week after tying for third overall on vault (9.750) and tying for second overall on floor (9.900) last weekend against UNH and Yale.
SEASON-HIGHS ON TWO EVENTS
Brown posted season-highs on both bars (47.975) and floor (48.975) last weekend at New Hampshire. Bedell tied for 3rd on vault (9.750) and tied for 2nd on floor (9.900), while Davis set season-highs on bars (9.800) and floor (9.850), winning the individual crown on bars.
