PRINCETON, N.J. - Freshman Isaiah Langham of the Brown men's basketball team has been named Ivy League Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week, the Ivy League announced on Monday afternoon.
Langham is the ninth player in program history to be named Ivy League Rookie of the Week in back-to-back weeks, he is the first since Steven Spieth '17 and JR Hobbie '17 earned the same feat during the 2013-14 season.
In three games last week, the Stoughton, Mass. native averaged 12.6 points on 53.3 percent shooting from the floor, the first-year also averaged 1.3 steals per game. Langham led Brown with 18 points in its first win of the season over Holy Cross (Nov. 18).
Langham also had a career high three steals at Stony Brook (Nov. 20) and has scored in double figures in four out of the last five games. Langham is averaging 14.2 points over the last five contests.
Langham and the Bears will head to New Hampshire on Wednesday, Nov. 26, tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m. inside Lundholm Gymnasium.
