Women’s Soccer Closes Non-Conference Play Thursday at Northeastern

BOSTON, M.A. - The Brown women's soccer team will wrap up non-conference play on Thursday evening at Northeastern, kickoff is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
The game will be broadcast live on FloFC.

Scouting The Bears (2-2-3)
- In their final non-conference contest of the season, the Bears will seek their first road victory of the season, the Bears are 0-2-2 away from Stevenson-Pincince Field in 2024.
- In its last contest, Brown fell at No. 20 Ohio State, 2-0 (Sept. 15). Brown out shot Ohio State 13 (6), 10 (5), but the Bears were unable to find the back of the net. Bella Schopp made three saves in goal for Brown.
- Brown's seven goals this season have come from seven different goal scorers.
- Northeastern is seeking its first win of the 2024 season in its non-conference finale.
- Along with seeking their first win of the season, the Huskies are seeking their first goal at Parsons Field this season.
- In their last contest, the Huskies earned a scoreless draw against Bryant (Sept. 15).
- Northeastern is 0-1-1 this season at Parsons Field and were picked to finish fourth in the CAA.
- Brown is 8-1-1 all-time against Northeastern and 1-0-1 under head coach Kia McNeill.
- The Bears' last win over the Huskies came in 2021, Miya Grant-Clavijo scored twice in the 3-1 Brown victory.
- The two sides played to a 1-1 draw in their last contest back in 2022.
