Men's Soccer to Host Boston University on Tuesday Night

PROVIDENCE, R.I.- The Brown men's soccer team is set to host Boston University on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Stevenson-Pincince Field.
Tuesday night's game will serve as Brown's first faculty and staff appreciation game, with the second taking place on Saturday, October 5 against Princeton at 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here. Halftime will feature the center field shot and a t-shirt toss with the Brown sailing team.

Scouting the Bears (1-2-1)
- The Bears are looking to bounce back from their 1-0 loss to UMass Amherst and earn their second win of the season.
- Goalkeeper Henrik Weiper is currently ranked first in the conference in saves per game. Weiper has only allowed three goals this season.
- Jamin Gogo Peters is currently ranked first in shot accuracy in the Ivy League.
- Lorenzo Amaral, Mike Balleani, and Jamin Gogo Peters, are eager to score their second goals of the season.
- The Terriers earned their first win of the season with a final score of 3-2 over Army West Point on Saturday.
- BU has tied with Saint Mary's, UMass Lowell, Northeastern, and New Hampshire.
- Quin DeLaMater, Jason Zacarias, Daniel Kim, Aidan Bone, Andrea DiBlasio, and Diego Rived have all tallied goals for the Terriers.
- The Bears have a 8-1-3 record when playing the Terriers.
- Their last meeting was at Stevenson-Pincince Field in 2019 where the game ended in a 1-1 tie after double overtime.
- Brown looks to extend their series lead over Boston University.
