Baseball Welcomes Bryant on Tuesday to Start Five-Game Homestand

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown baseball team will return home to start a five-game homestand on Tuesday afternoon when they welcome Bryant to Attanasio Family Field at Murray Stadium. Due to incoming inclement weather, the first pitch for Tuesday's game has been moved up a half hour to 3 p.m.
The matchup will be the fourth and final scheduled meeting between the two teams this season, with the Bulldogs having won each of the first three games.

- Brown is coming off its first series win over Harvard since 2009 by taking two of three in Massachusetts this weekend. Note- the Ivy League played four game series through 2017 before shifting to three-game series in 2018.
- The Bears scored a season-high 20 runs in Sunday's series finale and tied their season-high with 18 hits.
- Junior infielder Gunner Boree will carry a 16-game on-base streak into Tuesday's game after going 4-for-4 with three walks in seven plate appearances with three walks and three RBIs in Sunday's finale.
- Mark Henshon has a 14-game on-base streak and has hit safely in 13 of his last 14 games.
- DJ Dillehay holds a 15-game hitting streak and has a hit in 20 of his 21 games this season.
- Reece Rappoli reached base five times in six plate appearances with four hits and a walk, while driving in four and scoring three runs.
- Nathan Brasher has a six-game hitting streak and had at least two hits in each game against the Crimson. He batted .412 over Brown's four games last week.
- Brown batted .329 as a team with a .469 on-base percentage over four games last week, with eight players batting over .300 (minimum five official ABs).
- All told, Brown is batting .266 as a team this season, which ranks fifth in the Ivy. The staff ERA of 7.25 ranks fourth.
