Men's Soccer Hosts Yale on Senior Day, with Ivy Tournament Berth on the Line

PROVIDENCE, R.I.- The Brown men's soccer team have a big weekend ahead of them as they host senior night on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. at Stevenson-Pincince Field against Yale, and have the possibility of punching their ticket to the Ivy League Tournament.
The Bears will honor their eight-member senior class ahead of Saturday night's game.Â
Brown enters the final weekend of the season with a 7-7-1 overall record, and 2-4-0 in the Ivy League. They totaled six points in conference play.Â
Saturday night's game will be broadcast live on ESPN+.Â

- The Bears will head to the Ivy League Tournament if they win, and Dartmouth loses or ties against Harvard.
- In the event of a Harvard win, Brown would win in the head-to-head tiebreaker sending them to the tournament.

- Lorenzo Amaral had a six point week, posting three goals between the two games.
- The Bears had a season-high 22 shots in Tuesday's win over the Rams.
- Goalkeeper Henrik Weiper matched a season-high six saves in Sunday's win over Columbia.
- Yale is coming off a 1-0 loss to No. 19 Penn, extending their streak to six losses.Â
- Penn outshot Yale 13-9 (5-3 on goal) in their matchup last Saturday.
- Joseph Farouz leads the Bulldogs with six goals and two assists for a total of 14 points.Â
- Yale has posted 18 goal in 15 games, earning them an average of 1.20 goals per game.
