Men's Water Polo Heads to Santa Clara for Julian Fraser Memorial Tournament

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – NO. 19/19 Brown men's water polo travels across the country for three games at the Julian Fraser Memorial Tournament, hosted by Santa Clara over the weekend.
Brown will begin the weekend playing No. 14/16 California Baptist on Saturday at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT, and will close out play against Fresno Pacific on Saturday at 5:20 p.m. ET/2:20 p.m. PT. Both of those games will be streamed on Santa Clara's website here.
The Bears will finish up the weekend playing the host Broncos on Sunday at 12:20 p.m. ET/9:20 a.m. PT. That game will be streamed on ESPN+.
Brown is coming off a 3-1 weekend during the Harvard Invite that included wins over Mount St. Mary's, Navy and Mercyhurst.
Ilias Stothart leads Brown in scoring with 55 goals and Máté Tymcyna is second on the team with 51. Tymcyna is also second on the squad with 29 assists, just behind Gabe Chang's 31.
Dimitris Kratimenos leads Brown's goalies in saves with 71 after two stellar performances last weekend. Against Navy, Kratimenos collected a career-high 19 saves and the freshman picked up 15 saves in the next game against San Jose State.
This will be the first meeting this season between Brown and Fresno Pacific and Santa Clara, but the Bears beat California Baptist 16-13 in the Bruno Invitational to start the season. Tymcyna had six goals for Brown in the win over the Lancers.
