Men's Water Polo Heads to MIT and Harvard for Games on Saturday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – No. 18/19 Brown men's water polo continues NWPC play on the road with games at MIT and No. 10/11 Harvard on Saturday.
The game against MIT will begin at 11 a.m. and the game at Harvard will start at 4 p.m. The Harvard game will be streamed on ESPN+.

SCOUTING BROWN (7-4, 2-1 NWPC)
- Brown started NWPC with a 2-1 weekend, falling at Princeton, but beating LIU and Iona.
- The Bears are led by Ilias Stothart with 39 goals. Stothart has tallied multiple goals in 10 of the 11 games this year for Brown.
- Mate Tymcyna has 39 goals and is second on the team with 19 assists. Tymcyna has nine multi-goal games this season.
- Gabe Chang leads the team with 20 assists and has 13 goals this season.
- Kole Newman has 43 saves in seven appearances this year.
- MIT is 3-9 on the season and 0-3 in league play.
- Adam Ivatorov leads the team with 43 goals and Kieran Kearns has a team-high 30 assists.
- Brown beat MIT 18-8 earlier this season and Brown has won 24-straight games against the Engineers.
- Harvard is 10-2 on the season and 3-0 in league play with wins over LIU, Iona and an overtime win over Princeton.
- The Bears have lost six-straight games to Harvard with three of those losses decided by two goals or less.
