
Track and Field Completes First Round Competition

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Brown junior Lauren Yeboah-Kodie turned in the No. 3 mark all-time in program history in the triple jump to cap her season in the NCAA First Round on Saturday evening.
Yeboah-Kodie's triple jump of 12.97 meters surpassed her previous PR by one centimeter and placed her 16th overall in the event, strengthening her grip on the No. 3 mark in program history.
Also on Saturday, Chiamaka Odenigbo cleared 1.72 meters in the high jump to place 29th. Earlier in the week, Yeboah-Kodie also competed in the long jump, leaping 5.84 meters to place 35th.
On the men's side, Zach Love qualified for the NCAA Championships in the long jump, earning the 12th and final qualifying spot at 7.49 meters. Junior John McNeil competed for Brown in the long jump (27th/7.31m) and high jump (16th/2.04m) at the First Round.
Love will compete at the NCAA Championships in Austin, Texas, scheduled for June 7-10.
