Men's Tennis Takes Midweek Match Over Bryant

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown men's tennis stayed perfect at home with a 6-1 victory over Bryant University Wednesday night at the Pizzitola Sports Center.
The Bears improve their record to 12-7 overall and 8-0 at their home courts, while the Bulldogs fall to 2-13.
Brown took the first point of the match with two doubles wins. Freshman Noah Hernandez and sophomore Alex Finkelstein (first singles), and seniors Niraj Komatineni and Matthew Mu (second singles) each took their matches by a 6-3 score.
In singles, the Bears won five out of the six matches. Komatineni took second singles (6-3, 6-1), Hernandez won a hard-fought third singles (6-4, 77-63), senior Roger Chou secured fourth singles (6-2, 6-2), sophomore Oliver Worth captured fifth singles (6-3, 6-3), and Mu battled to take sixth singles (6-4, 4-6 [13] [11]).
