STANFORD, Calif. – Third-seeded Brown women's soccer (12-2-2) will take on sixth-seeded Mississippi State (11-5-5) in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday at 6:30 p.m. ET at Cagan Stadium.

Reserved seats are $25 when purchased online and $30 at the box office. General admission tickets purchased online are $20 for adults, and $16 for youth (8th grade and below) and seniors (62+ years old). General admission tickets purchased at the box office will be $25 for adults and $20 for youth and seniors.

- Brown is 2-2-2 under the leadership of Kia McNeill in NCAA Tournament matches. All-time, the Bears are 4-8-2 in their 14 NCAA Tournament appearances (10 seasons, four under McNeill).
- Friday's contest will be Brown's first in California since the opening weekend of the 2018 season. The Bears took on Pepperdine and UC Santa Barbara to begin that year.
- Brown is coming off a 3-0 victory over MAAC champion Quinnipiac. The first-round victory was the eighth time this season that the Bears' opponent did not score.
- Brittany Raphino – the Ivy League's first-ever three-time Offensive Player of the Year – enters with a career-high 12 goals and 33 points. Her seven assists are also the most in a season for the Massachusetts native. She has recorded a point in eight consecutive contests.
- Ava Seelenfreund was aggressive all evening last Saturday, firing four shots on target, including her second goal of the season in the first half. Seelenfreund ranks ninth in program history in points (62) and goals (25).
- Clare Gagne collected her seventh blank sheet of the season and is 10-2-2 in 2023.
