PROMOTIONS
- Brown will honor its 29-member Senior Class of 2023 with a pregame ceremony.
- Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Day: All 2023 Brown football season ticket holders can pick up a food voucher that can be redeemed at any of the Brown Dining food trucks or concession stands. Vouchers can be picked up on the concourse under the main grandstand.
OPENING KICKOFF
- Brown and Dartmouth will conclude their 2023 seasons on Saturday.
- Dartmouth would clinch a share of the Ivy League title with a victory over Brown, paired with a Yale victory over Harvard. Dartmouth, Yale and Harvard would be tri-champions should that scenario occur.
- Brown could finish as high as a four-way tie for second in the league with a win over Dartmouth, paired with a Harvard victory. The Bears could also finish as low as a three-way tie for fifth place with a loss and other results around the league.
- Dartmouth has won five in a row over Brown and eight of the last nine, with the Bears last win over Dartmouth at home coming in 2009, the longest current home drought against any Ivy opponent.

• Isaiah Reed leads the Ivy league with four interceptions this season, while Aubrey Parker is tied for second with three.
• Reed leads the Ivy League in passes defended (11). Parker ranks second with 10, while Treyvon Hobbs and Cooper DeVeau are tied for third with nine each.
ALTERNATING RESULTS
• Brown has alternated results each week this season, and has not had back-to-back wins or losses.
• Brown has never had a season (minimum 5 games) where they have not won or lost consecutive games.
• Brown alternated wins and losses in 1886 (1-1) and alternated results during the 2-2 campaign of 1889.
WEEKLY HONORS
• Wes Rockett was named the Ivy League Special Teams Player of the Week after returning four punts for 64 yards last week, consistently flipping the field in the team's overtime victory. He also recovered a muffed punt that deflected off a Brown defender.
• Brown has won six weekly wards from the Ivy League this season, including three for special teams.
POLARIZING COVERAGE
• Brown's punt and kickoff coverages this season rank at opposite ends of the Ivy League.
• The Bears rank No. 1 in the Ivy League (35th nationally) on punt coverage, allowing just 5.08 yards per return.
• On kickoffs, Brown is allowing a league-high 25.12 yards (120th out of 122 nationally).
FIRST DOWNS
• Brown leads the Ivy League this season (20th in FCS) with 218 first downs (24.2 per game), 28 more than Cornell, the largest gap between any team.
• Defensively, Brown has allowed 182 first downs, third-most in the league.
• Brown led the Ivy League with 215 (21.5 per game) first downs in 2022. Harvard (197) was second, the biggest gap between any team.
THIRD DOWN SUCCESS
• Brown ranks 15th in the nation and third in the Ivy League on third down conversions at 45.5 percent.
FOURTH DOWN DEFENSE
• Opponents are now 4-for-11 this season, ranking the Bears 2nd in the league on 4th down defense and 11th in FCS.
• Brown was the only team in all of FCS to have not allowed a fourth down conversion until Oct. 21 at Cornell, when the Big Red went 2-for-2.
JUMPING IN FRONT
• Brown has enjoyed playing with the lead for much of this season, particularly early in games. Brown has scored first in six of its nine games, and was the only team to do so in each of its first five games.
• Brown has scored four times on its opening possession this season (2 TD, 2 FG).
TURNOVER STORY
• Brown's turnover margin of +0.33 ranks second in the Ivy League.
• Brown was the last team in the country to have not committed a turnover this season, going three straight games to begin the year without a turnover.
• Prior to this season, the last time Brown had gone three straight games without committing a turnover was in 2011.
• Brown only had one game all of 2022 (vs. Penn) without committing a turnover.
• 2023 marks the first season since 2018 where the Bears had more than one game without a turnover.
PENCHANT FOR BIG PLAYS
• Brown's defense and special teams have allowed 15 touchdowns this season of 35 yards of greater, including five of 50+ yards.
• Opponents have scored a touchdown of 43 yards or greater in six of the last eight games.
FIGHTING TIL THE END
• The Bears have either trailed or been tied in the fourth quarter in three of their five wins this year, twice either tying the game or taking the lead in the final minute (Bryant and Princeton).
