Matchup History
OPENING KICKOFF
- Brown returns home for the first time in three weeks coming off a big 30-26 road win at Penn last Friday.
- Yale dominated Columbia 35-7 at home last Saturday, putting up 459 yards of total offense against a Lions' squad that entered the game with the nation's No. 1 scoring defense.
- Both teams are tied for second in the Ivy League by averaging 29.1 points per game.
- Brown ranks third in FCS with 317.1 passing yards per game, and leads the Ivy League with 416.4 total yards of offense per contest.
- The game will be just Yale's second road game of the season, previously topping Dartmouth 31-24 in Hanover on Oct. 7.

WEEKLY HONORS
• Junior corner Isaiah Reed was named the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week on Monday after coming away with two interceptions and two pass breakups in Brown's win over Penn. He also had 5.0 tackles.
• Junior kicker Christopher Maron was named the Special Teams Player of the Week after connecting on all three of his field goals (40, 30, 21) and all three PATs. He also had six touchbacks on eight kickoffs.
SECOND(ARY) TO NONE
• Aubrey Parker and Isaiah Reed are in a four-way tie for the league lead with three INTs this season.
• Parker leads the Ivy League with 10 pass breakups/
• Reed (8), Treyvon Hobbs (8) and Cooper DeVeau (8) are all tied for second in the league with eight each, along with Harvard's AJ Lopez and Cornell's Trey Harris.
POLARIZING COVERAGE
• Brown's punt and kickoff coverages this season rank at opposite ends of the Ivy League.
• The Bears rank No. 1 in the Ivy League on punt coverage, allowing just 5.33 yards per return.
• On kickoffs, Brown is allowing a league-high 23.58 yards.
FIRST DOWNS
• Brown leads the Ivy League this season (22nd in FCS) with 178 first downs (25.4 per game), 30 more than Penn, the largest gap between any team.
• Defensively, Brown has allowed 148 first downs, the most in the league.
• Brown led the Ivy League with 215 (21.5 per game) first downs in 2022. Harvard (197) was second, the biggest gap between any team.
SCORING LEADERS
• Kicker Christopher Maron is tied for fifth in the Ivy League in scoring with 6.1 ppg. Stockton Owen is tied for seventh at 6.0 ppg, the highest of any Ivy League running back.
JUMPING IN FRONT
• Brown has enjoyed playing with the lead for much of this season, particularly early in games. Brown has scored first in six of its seven games, and was the only team to do so in each of its first five games.
• The only game Brown did not score first was at Cornell.
• Brown has scored four times on its opening possession this season (2 TD, 2 FG).
THIRD DOWN SUCCESS
• Brown ranks seventh in the nation on third down conversions at 48.2 percent.
