Brown is on the Road for St. Lawrence and Clarkson

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Brown women's hockey returns to ECAC play with a road weekend at St. Lawrence and Clarkson. This weekend marks the first two road games in over a month for the Bears, who spent the entire month of December at home. It's also the Bears' first time out of Providence since Nov. 14.

SCOUTING BROWN (5-9-1, 3-5-0 ECAC)
- Brown is back to ECAC competition after nearly a month off and are 5-9-1 on the year and 3-5-0 in conference.
- The Bears are 3-3-0 on the road this season.
- Friday starts the first of three-straight road games and five total in the month of January.
- Freshman Jade Iginla leads the team in goals (8) and points (11) with three assists.
- Freshman Idia McDadi is second on the team with six points (2 goals, 4 assists).
- Sophomores Anna Hurd and Olivia Williamson are tied for second on the team with four goals, respectively.
- McDadi, junior Maya Mangiafico, sophomore Cameron Sikich and junior Jess Ciarrocchi all have four assists.
- Junior goalie Kaley Doyle has a 2.50 goals against average and a .912 save percentage.
- St. Lawrence enters Friday night with a 9-11-0 record and 3-4-0 in the ECAC. Friday will be the first game for St. Lawrence since Dec. 3. The Saints finished 2022 with a 2-6-0 record in their last eight games.
- Most recently, St. Lawrence fell 2-1 to Harvard.
- Julia Gosling leads the Saints in goals (11) and assists (16) for 27 points. Abby Huslter is second on the team with seven goals and 12 assists for 19 points.
- St. Lawrence averages 2.7 goals per game and allows 2.5.
- Five players have over 10 points for the Saints.
- The fifth-place team in the ECAC standings, Clarkson has a 16-5-1 record and 5-3-0 in the ECAC.
- The Golden Knights face Yale on Friday before meeting Brown. This weekend is Clarkson's first time playing since Dec. 3.
- Clarkson is coming off back-to-back wins against Harvard (5-1) and Dartmouth (5-0).
- Gabrielle David (13-19-32) and Anne Cherkowski (13-12-25) are the top two goal scorers in the ECAC.
- Goalie Michelle Pasiechnyk is fourth in the ECAC with a 1.39 goals against average.
