Bears to Host Harvard on Saturday to Open Ivy Play

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – With both teams coming off thrilling come-from-behind overtime victories in last week's season openers, Brown will host Harvard to open up Ivy League play this Saturday afternoon at Richard Gouse Field at Brown Stadium. Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. on ESPN+ and NESNplus. The game will also air on the radio on 790 The Score.

OPENING KICKOFF
• Junior WR Graham Walker set a new career-high with two touchdowns, hauling in eight passes for 116 yards. His receiving yards led the Ivy League last weekend.
• Making his first career start, junior QB Jake Willcox went 26-for-39 for 356 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Ivy League in both yards and TDs.
• Harvard's Aidan Borguet rushed for 127 yards, including two TDs late in regulation, and caught the game-winner in OT to earn Ivy Offensive Player of the Week.
• Harvard DL Nate Leskovec earned Ivy League, NCAA FCS, and Stats Perform National Defensive Player of the Week after setting a school record with 4.5 sacks.

- Harvard enters Saturday's Ivy League opener after escaping the 2022 season-opener with a 28-21 overtime win over Merrimack last weekend at Harvard Stadium.
- Senior running back Aidan Borguet finished the opener with 20 carries for 128 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns. Borguet, the preseason Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year, also added two receptions for 39 yards with another touchdown.
- The Crimson offense finished with 320 total yards of offense with 126 of those yards coming on the final two scoring drives in the fourth quarter.
