PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown water polo earned two wins on Saturday, taking down LIU and MIT. The Bears started the day with a 12-4 win over LIU and a 15-10 win over MIT to close out the night.
"This was a good day for us to focus on our defense," said Head Coach Felix Mercado. "That has been our focus the last week of practice because, I felt that at the Bruno Classic we gave up too many easy goals. Our guys did a good job trying to apply what we have been working on."
BROWN 12, LIU 4
