
Changes Announced to Women’s Hockey Weekend Schedule

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Due to health and safety protocols, the Brown women's hockey team will be unable to compete in Saturday's scheduled contest at Dartmouth. The game will be rescheduled for a future date. Brown will still take to the ice for its scheduled game at No. 10 Harvard on Friday evening at 6 p.m.
Friday's game will be streamed live on ESPN+, online at TSN.ca and the TSN App, and internationally on Stretch.
In accordance with the health and safety protocols at Harvard, Friday's game will not be open to the public.

The Bears will return home to face Cornell and Colgate next weekend on Friday and Saturday, January 21-22.

SCOUTING BROWN (2-13-2, 2-7-1 ECAC)
- The Bears came away with a hard-fought 2-1 victory last Friday night at home against RPI.
- Sophomore forward Madie Stockfish had a two-point night, scoring exactly one minute into the game following a steal in the offensive zone, and later added an assist on Shay Maloney's game-winner late in the second period.
- Kaley Doyle made 32 saves in the victory, including 14 in the third period for her second win of the season.
- The Bears are averaging 35.5 shots on goal over their last two games, the highest over any two-game stretch this season.
- Maloney leads the squad with 10 points and seven goals this season, and has at least one point in three of the last five games. Stockfish has moved up to second on the team with four goals and third on the Bears with seven points.
SCOUTING HARVARD (9-5, 6-3 ECAC)
- The Crimson enter Friday's matchup ranked No. 10 nationally in the USCHO Poll and are receiving votes in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Poll.
- The Crimson dropped two games over New Year's weekend at home to No. 8/7 Minnesota Duluth by scores of 5-2 and 4-3. Both of their matchups last weekend at Cornell and Colgate were postponed.
- Harvard is outscoring opponents this season by a 3.6-2.4 margin, and is outshooting opponents by nearly 10 shots per game, averaging an even 34.0 shots per contest.
- Harvard has allowed just seven power play goals in 54 chances this season, for an 87.0 penalty kill percentage.
- Five skaters have double digit points this season, led by Becca Gilmore with nine goals and nine assists.
- Dominique Petrie and Kristen Della Rovere have eight assists each, while Moy Keeley leads the team in plus/minus at +10.
- Becky Dutton (six games, six starts) and Lindsay Reed (five games, five starts) have split time in goal this season, with Dutton leading the squad with a .918 save percentage.
