Men's water polo to host three matches over the weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown water polo returns home for three games over the weekend as conference play continues for the Bears. Brown will play Iona, St. Francis Brooklyn and Princeton at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatic Center.
The game against Iona will be the only game on Saturday (Oct. 30) and will begin 3 p.m. On Sunday (Oct. 31) the Bears will start the day at 10 a.m. against St. Francis Brooklyn before ending the day at 3 p.m. against Princeton. All three matches will be streamed on ESPN+.
ABOUT THE WEEKEND

ABOUT THE WEEKEND
- Brown is coming off of a win against Connecticut College on Wednesday, beating the Camels 13-7.
- After two weeks away from NWPC play the Bears return to conference play for its last five matches. Brown is 2-2 on the season in conference play.
- In the first match of the season against Iona, the Bears beat the Gaels 15-12 on the road. Nine different Bears scored goals in the game and Connor Enright and Leo Berkman each scored three goals against the Gaels.
- Ugo Piovan led the way in goal of the Bears with seven saves.
- Brown led Princeton at halftime in the first game against the Tigers this season but eventually lost the lead, falling 12-8.
- Enright, Berkman and Ben Kirshon all scored two goals for Brown.
- The first match of the season against St. Francis Brooklyn was cancelled.
