Scouting the Bears (3-7-1, 1-1-1 IVY):
- Derek Waleffe continued his career year against Harvard, scoring both of the Bears' goals to lead them to the tie. His seven goals lead the team and are tied for second in the conference.
- In goal against the Crimson, Max Waldau tied his season-high of six saves.
- The 1-0 loss to Yale was the first time all season that Cornell was shutout. Before that game, the Big Red had been averaging three goals per game.
- Tyler Bagley leads Cornell, and the entirety of the Ivy League, with his 10 goals and 27 points. The fifth-year's breakout season came almost out of nowhere, as seven was his previous career high for points in a season.
- Brady McSwain has played every minute in goal for the Big Red this season, posting a 1.28 goals against average and a .709 save percentage.
- Brown leads the all-time series at 39-22-6.
- In 2019, the two sides tied in a 1-1 game. Waleffe scored for Brown in the 22nd minute, but Cornell would tie things up just six minutes later and that's how things would stay.
