Brown’s Season-Opening Men’s Lacrosse Game vs. Quinnipiac Moved to the Brown Campus at Stevenson-Pincince Field

Providence, R.I. - The Brown men's lacrosse team's season-opening game against Quinnipiac on Saturday, February 15 has been moved to the Brown campus at Stevenson-Pincince Field with face-off at 12:00 noon. The game was originally scheduled to be played in Hamden, Conn. and has been changed due to field conditions.
With the construction of Brown's new Center for Lacrosse and Soccer not fully completed, the main grandstand at Stevenson-Pincince Field has not yet opened. Seating for the game will be available on the far side of the field, across from the team benches and new building.
There is no admission charge for Saturday's game.
Coach Mike Daly's team will be opening its 70thseason on Saturday and the Bears have made five straight appearances in the Ivy League Tournament. Highlighting the Brown returnees are senior All-American goalie Phil Goss and senior attackman Luke McCaleb, the 15th leading scorer in Brown lacrosse history.
