BROWN AT THE IRA CHAMPIONSHIP
Brown has been one of the top all-around programs at the national championship in recent years, posting four straight top-four finishes in both the varsity eight and team point standings, including varsity silver medals in 2012 and 2014. Brown placed fourth in the varsity eight and team points last season, and advanced three boats to the grand finals.
LAST TIME OUT
Brown most recently raced three weeks ago at EARC Eastern Sprints, when the Bears took third in the Rowe Cup for team points, trailing only Princeton and Harvard. Brown also picked up a pair of bronze medals in the varsity eight and third varsity races.
