Gill Conners is the newest member of the Brown coaching staff, joining the Bears in August 2014 after graduating from Quinnipiac in 2014 following a stellar career in the Bobcats' net.

"Bringing Gill Conners to our program reminds me of the old adage, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em," said Tiffany. "Gill was the Quinnipiac goalie who made 20 saves versus Brown in 2013, earning the win over us 9-7. He was equally strong for a half in 2014 against us, but an injury kept him out of the second half and we were able to secure the victory. Gill has certainly proven himself as a player, and now he is excited to challenge himself and the men of Brown Lacrosse as our coach. We are fortunate to have Gill with our program."

Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, Conners graduated from Saratoga Springs H.S. in 2010. He attended Onondaga Community College from 2011-2012, where he won two National Championships and was the NJCAA National Goalie of the year, 1st Team All-American and the Region 3 Defensive Player of the Year, while only allowing 30 goals all season (2.6 per game) in 2012.

At Quinnipiac, Conners earned first team All-New England honors in 2013 and was a four-time New England Player of the Week. As a senior in 2014, Conners was named team captain and earned second team All-MAAC, second team All-New England and team MVP honors. He also played in the North-South Senior All-Star game.
