2025 Outdoor: Competed at five meets...Set the third fastest mile run in school history (4:50.19) at the Friar Invitational...A part of the distance medley relay team that set the fifth fastest time in school history (11:44.64) at the Penn Relays...Set a personal record in the 1500 meter run (4:27.39) at the Sean Collier Invitational.
2024-2025 Indoor: Competed at six meets...Apart of the fifth fastest Distance Medley Relay team in school history (11:33.02), setting the mark at Ivy League Heps...Set a personal record in the mile run (5:03.26) at the Penn 10 Elite...Set a personal record in the 1000 meter (2:54.35) at the BU Valentine Invitational.
2024 Outdoor: Competed on the team that earned the seventh fastest 4x800 relay time in school history with a time of 8:49.26 at Ivy League Outdoor Heps.
2023-2024 Indoor: All-East selection after competing on the DMR team that finished first at the ECAC Indoor with a time of 11:44.21.
Before Brown: Three-time Team MVP…2022 first team all-state honoree in track…2021 XC second team all-state…2020 XC second team all-state…Two-time All-FCIAC First Team selection for XC in 2020 and 2021…2019 XC All-FCIAC Second Team honoree.
