Liam Kahn joined Brown track and field as a volunteer throws coach for the 2022-23 season.

Athletically, Kahn spent two seasons on the track and field team as a graduate student at Duke, where he earned First Team All-ACC honors in the javelin after earning bronze at the 2022 ACC Championships, and also qualified for NCAA Regionals. As an undergrad at Butler University, he was named First Team All-Big East after finishing runner-up in the javelin at the 2019 Big-East championships.

While at Butler, Kahn served as the Executive Chair of the finance board for Butler Ambassadors of Special Olympics and was the VP of Investor Relations for the Butler University Value Investment Club.

Kahn graduated cum laude from Butler in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and later earned his master’s in management studies from Duke in May 2021.
